## Description

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for day-to-day technical development, customization, reporting, and optimization of any new and current project implementation of the ServiceNow Platform on our contract. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for development in all ServiceNow core architecture, including Service Catalog, Event, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge, SecOps, Advanced Analytics, HR, Customer Service Management, workflows, orchestrations, and Self-Service Portal., The ServiceNow Developer will be part of the Information Technology Department and work with internal business units to understand the day-to day operational needs of the organization with the goal of fully capitalizing on and realizing the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for delivering highly automated, secure, managed, and scalable technical solutions enabling the organization to focus on continually improving secure and compliant end user technology experience. The ideal candidate should be well versed in other development languages and should be comfortable working with APIs and scripts.
