Vocational/Technical degree in a related field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience in IT.
Experience as a Computer Operator in a large Data Center.
Experience with a Network Operations Center (NOC).
Experience with Production Control.
Experience with Control-M.
Experience with TPE/BPE Manager.
Experience with security in a Data Center.
Experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in a Data Center.
Experience with electrical power in a Data Center, including generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
Experience with a raised floor in a Data Center.
Experience with fire detection and fire suppression systems in a Data Center.
Experience with Change Management policies, procedures, and software.
Experience with Incident/Problem Management policies, procedures, and software.
Experience with Asset Management policies, procedures, and software.
Experience with networks, such as LAN/WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, and SNA.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Experience with automated job schedulers.
Experience with hardware/software maintenance contracts.
Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Experience with distributed servers running AIX, Linux, and Windows. Preferred Qualifications
Significant experience as a Computer Operations Operator in a large data center.
Experience with a Network Operations Center (NOC).
Experience with Production Control.
Experience with distributed servers running AIX, Linux, and Windows.

Experience working with State and/or Federal government.

## Description

Under limited supervision, monitors BPE/TPE transactions, all environmental, security, electrical, and UPS systems. Checks network systems to ensure statewide access. Works with vendors for hardware/software. Ensures all printed output is of high quality and defect-free. Qualifications
