Experience with managing third-party software delivery vendors, contract milestones, and invoice budget reconciliation.
Experience in formulating user acceptance test plans and guiding business stakeholders through testing validation cycles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align executive stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

## Description

Lead the full lifecycle delivery and digital modernization of unified enterprise Salesforce platforms.
Develop and maintain detailed project work breakdown structures, schedules, and dependency diagrams.
Track project execution, resource allocation, and milestone progress utilizing enterprise PMO reporting tools.
Manage enterprise risk registers, issue logs, and escalation pathways to safeguard project success.
Oversee external vendor performance, manage contract deliverables, and track multi-workstream project budgets.
Facilitate user acceptance testing strategies and validate delivered system functionality against business requirements.
Coordinate cross-agency communication, conduct executive briefings, and distribute comprehensive project status reports.
