## About the Role

* 7-10 years of IT experience, with strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise Managed File Transfer platforms.
 * Strong expertise with Axway SecureTransport 5.x.
 * Hands-on knowledge of Axway Sentinel.
 * Strong knowledge of Axway SecureTransport architecture, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience performing SecureTransport platform upgrades and migrations.
 * Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols including SFTP/SSH, FTPS, and HTTPS.
 * Experience with Axway SecureTransport APIs and API-based administration or automation.
 * Strong knowledge of PGP encryption/decryption concepts, key management, and troubleshooting.
 * Strong knowledge of Linux/RHEL, including experience supporting application migrations or operating system upgrades.
 * Experience with Splunk and log analysis for troubleshooting production issues and monitoring file transfer environments.
 * Good working knowledge of AWS and the ability to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, connectivity, storage, and application-related problems.
 * Experience with scripting and automation of operational and administrative activities.
