## About the Role

* 12+ years of overall IT experience with substantial experience in IAM.
 * Strong expertise in SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or similar IGA solutions.
 * Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access concepts.
 * Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
 * Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
 * Experience leading architecture discussions and solution design workshops.

Preferred

 * Financial services domain experience.
 * Experience in large IAM transformation programs.
 * Relevant IAM or security certifications.

## Description

* Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.
 * Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs and enhancements.
 * Partner with business stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to define IAM requirements and roadmaps.
 * Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and access lifecycle management.
 * Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
 * Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on IAM best practices.
 * Support IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
 * Engage directly with client leadership and technology teams.
