What We're Looking For We're looking for a true Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer who also has strong Power Platform development and automation experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing complex enterprise Microsoft 365 environments while also getting hands-on with building Power Apps, developing Power Automate workflows, writing PowerShell scripts, and integrating systems using Microsoft Graph. You should be able to discuss specific examples of applications and automations you've personally built, the business problems they solved, and how you supported those solutions after implementation. This is not a traditional help desk, desktop support, or basic Microsoft 365 administrator position. The strongest candidates will combine: * Deep enterprise Microsoft 365 engineering experience * Hands-on Power Apps development * Power Automate workflow design and implementation * Advanced PowerShell scripting * Microsoft Graph/API integration * Microsoft 365 migrations * Security, compliance, and governance expertise * Independent technical ownership and strong problem-solving skills ## Description Microsoft 365 Engineering & Administration * Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise Microsoft 365 services. * Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID. * Serve as a senior escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues involving identity, mail flow, collaboration, licensing, compliance, and user experience. * Monitor service health, performance, adoption, configuration, and operational risks. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and engineering standards. * Partner with Infrastructure, Information Security, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
