* Connaissances approfondies des systèmes d'exploitation Windows, en particulier Windows 11.
 * Expérience en support technique, idéalement en milieu professionnel.
 * Compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les utilisateurs.
 * Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
 * Formation BAC+2 à BAC+3 en filière technique IT.
 * Expérience dans la réalisation d'interventions, d'assistance et dépannage (2ème niveau).
 * Permis B obligatoire

## Description

En tant que Technicien Informatique - Support Utilisateurs H/F, vous intervenez dans un périmètre contractuel défini et selon des procédures bien établies. Vous aurez pour responsabilités de :

 * Prendre en charge les dossiers de déploiement, service ou support.
 * Appliquer les procédures et directives techniques associées tout en respectant les standards QHSE.
 * Réaliser des analyses techniques et proposer des solutions pour améliorer les services.
 * Effectuer des interventions sur matériels, logiciels standards, systèmes d'exploitation et réseaux.
 * Garantir la satisfaction client, en documentant vos interventions et en informant régulièrement votre manager et le client.
