## About the Role

 * Ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality
 * Identify areas of opportunity of internal/external processes and interact cross functionally with departments to work toward continuous improvements. This includes standardizing processes/procedures, improve resource management, and developing operational Key Performance Indicators and reporting
 * Strong strategic planning, organizational and change management skill
 * Team First mentality with the ability to a maintain a high level of confidentiality
 * 3+ years of Body shop Estimating/Management, or insurance auto appraisal, automotive claims administration experience. Regional management experience is a plus
 * Understanding of body shop tooling and operations
 * Superior communication skills, written and oral - Spanish speaking preferred. Computer skills and ability to work with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
 * Demonstrated negotiation tactics and ability to influence and drive results
 * Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public, and provide excellent customer service
