## About the Role

* At least 6 years of total IT experience performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack working closely with cross-functional Team Members in Agile Development environment.
 * At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 / and/or Model-driven Power Apps (with Dataverse)
 * Bachelors degree or equivalent.
 * Experience applying UI/UX on top of Power Platform including Power Pages, Kendo-UI, React, or similar front end frameworks.
 * Experience developing customizations using .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
 * In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
 * In-depth hands-on knowledge of Model Driven applications, PCF controls, and Dataverse.
 * Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
 * Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.
 * Experience working in an Agile with Scrum environment.
 * US Citizenship

Desirable Skills

 * Experience implementing cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, etc.) an integrating cloud capabilities with a Power Platform solution.
 * Project experience on large development efforts for the Federal Government

## Description

* Assist with user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams.
 * Perform as a developer for the delivery of Dynamics 365 / Model-driven Power Apps configuration, custom development, development of Azure cloud services, and development of integrations with external systems
 * Perform design and development of full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Power Platform and supporting Azure Cloud services
 * Conduct peer reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed.
 * Work as part of an integrated Agile team to develop user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams, The projected compensation range for this position is $125K - $145K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
