## About the Role

* Strong understanding of call center environments, including applications, portals, telephony, and testing
 * Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
 * Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services, and technology processes
 * Self-motivated with a drive to identify and deliver the right solutions
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and the Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
 * Working knowledge of connectivity tools (wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix)

## Description

We're looking for a Technical Support Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to provide Level 2 support across Windows and Mac environments, supporting on-site, remote, and work-from-home users. This is a contract hybrid position.

What You'll Do

 * Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Mac devices
 * Support on-site, remote sites, and work-from-home computing environments
 * Handle day-to-day troubleshooting activities
 * Apply an enterprise and strategic mindset to plan, analyze, design, implement, and operate technical solutions
 * Resolve complex technical issues quickly, using a fact-based approach that maintains strong relationships
 * Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders (especially call center), Technology, and vendor partner leaders
