## Description

Precision Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Customer Service Specialist with SAP experience to support customer orders, production schedules, inventory management, and shipping operations. This position works closely with production supervisors, management, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time., * Coordinate with production management and supervisors to monitor production schedules, parts availability, and customer orders.

 * Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping delays, and production concerns.
 * Utilize SAP daily to review customer requirements, process orders, and generate reports.
 * Monitor customer DDL systems to maintain appropriate inventory levels for production and service parts.
 * Enter and process customer orders, including non-EDI orders.
 * Process purchase requests, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
 * Assist with shipping, logistics, and order fulfillment as needed.
 * Access customer DDL and SMART systems to retrieve order and production information.
 * Prepare documentation for prototype and service part orders.
 * Maintain accurate records and support daily manufacturing operations.
