Cisco Arista Configuration Mastery: Deep hands-on experience designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco and Arista enterprise routing and switching infrastructure.

Specialized Network Management Tooling: Operational familiarity with specialized network administration and configuration tools, including Latte'Art.

STE/STN Security Compliance: Proven experience implementing and maintaining STE/STN standards and System Security Plan (SSP) compliance requirements for network hardware.

Infrastructure Sustainment Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to perform hardware lifecycle maintenance, firmware upgrades, and rapid root-cause isolation on operational networks.

Operational Readiness: Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for critical operational systems and execute travel as needed for deployment or mission support.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 8+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or technical analysis OR Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS 6+ years of professional experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 10+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience in lieu of a degree.

Professional Certifications: Industry-standard network or security certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Arista Certified Engineering Associate (ACE), or DoD 8570 IAT Level II/III (CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
