cky Mountain Steel Mills is seeking a Digital Transformation Architect to drives the adoption of digital technologies and data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing performance, reliability, safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Working across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, IT, and leadership teams, this role aligns technology, processes, and people to advance operational excellence.

Responsible for identifying and implementing high-impact digital initiatives, the role serves as a catalyst for innovation, process optimization, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement while delivering measurable business value.

 * Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact digital initiatives aligned with business and operational goals.

 * Drive equipment uptime and operational performance through data analytics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
