## About the Role

* Bring your engineering expertise to life with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline and a passion for solving real-world challenges
 * Experience in manufacturing, industrial processing, product development or application engineering environments
 * Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, customer specifications and technical standards to drive successful outcomes
 * Experience with CAD, tooling and fixture design, automation, robotics, coating equipment, and / or related manufacturing technologies
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data, continuous improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
 * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate across functions, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders and travel as business needs require
 * Experience with Python, Excel or similar data analysis and programming tools is preferred, as is exposure in automotive, aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
 * Background in statistical analysis, process capability studies and process optimization is preferred
