Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: * Degree in engineering or a related field * Engineer degree (Master's) in a relevant field * 10 years of relevant experience in an engineering environment * Solid system engineering background * Completion of one full project cycle (from definition up to operation) * Broad knowledge of hardware & electrical architecture * Holistic approach with System-of-systems thinking * Work in an agile way with team spirit, entrepreneurship and drive close collaboration with all stakeholders * Capable of leading trade-studies and make decision * Good and efficient communication * Result driven & customer focus ## Description Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. * You will be part of the Digital Train Program and Train System Central Team (TSO) working alongside multicultural environment. * You'll play a pivotal role in enabling Alstom's organization transition toward a Software-defined Train, contributing to the development of a Services-oriented Architecture at system level. * You'll take the lead of the essential stream to develop the reference library related to the essential functions and by applying the model-based methodology and continuous delivery process. * You'll work closely with domain specialist engineers, sub-systems / components engineers and other key stakeholders to re-engineer system functional architecture towards a highly upgradable and scalable system. * You'll bring your expertise to the Train System Community participating to the Engineering Network worldwide. * You'll contribute to strategic roadmaps in line with the Rolling Stock & Component Platforms.
