## Description

Rattaché(e) au service technique, vous intervenez auprès de nos clients à distance et sur site ( déplacements à prévoir en Île-de-France et à l'échelle nationale ) pour assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de leurs infrastructures informatiques.

Vos missions principales

 * Assurer le support utilisateurs par téléphone, email, prise en main à distance ou intervention sur site
 * Qualifier, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques
 * Assurer le suivi des demandes jusqu'à leur résolution complète
 * Escalader les incidents complexes et coordonner les actions avec les différents intervenants
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques
 * Participer à l'administration des infrastructures serveurs et réseaux
 * Assurer le déploiement et la maintenance des solutions Microsoft 365
 * Participer aux projets d'évolution des infrastructures clients
 * Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique
 * Participer aux actions de cybersécurité et de supervision des systèmes
