## About the Role

Required

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in IT, ERP, and business system leadership.
 * Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and technology projects.
 * Strong understanding of ERP systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and business applications.
 * Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
 * Strong business, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

 * High-mix, low-volume manufacturing industry experience.
 * Epicor Kinetic ERP experience.
 * Salesforce CRM experience.
 * Experience with Magento, Shopify, and e-commerce platform integrations.
 * Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.

Leadership Participation:

 * Regular participant in leadership discussions involving technology strategy, business systems, cybersecurity, process improvement, and technology investments.
 * Acts as a strategic advisor to leadership but is not a formal member of the Leadership Team., The ideal candidate is a business-minded technology leader who combines strategic thinking, financial discipline, and technical capability. They understand how to leverage technology to create business value, know when to personally engage versus delegate, and is skilled at balancing internal resources and external partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.

## Description

The IT & Business Systems Manager is responsible for the strategy, performance, security, and continuous improvement of the company's technology ecosystem, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, business applications, websites, e-commerce platforms, and related systems.

Working closely with company leadership, this role develops and executes a technology roadmap that supports business objectives while ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value. The position is responsible for evaluating technology resources, vendors, systems, and spending to improve efficiency, reduce waste, manage risk, and maximize return on investment.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a lean organization. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable discussing long-term technology strategy and personally assisting with system troubleshooting, business systems improvements, and project execution when needed.

The position reports to the CEO and directly supervises the Epicor Development Engineer and IT personnel and is responsible for determining the most effective combination of internal resources, managed service providers, consultants, and technology partners., · Technology Strategy & Leadership
