## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree from native country in human resources, business administration, information technology, or related field.
 * Minimum of 1 year experience in job placement and recruiting in the IT industry
 * Understanding of the IT labor market requirements and trends
 * Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
 * Experience working with multicultural and multilingual populations is preferred.
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook and virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel.

## Description

* Advocate for clients and match their specific skill sets with open positions at companies.
 * Assist clients through the onboarding and hiring process.
 * Provide post-placement support to ensure job retention for both the employee and the employer.
 * Maintain accurate case notes, track job placement metrics, and report data using designated databases as required by the agency and/or contracting entity.
 * Work is performed in multiple locations within the community and in general office settings with frequent use of computers and other standard office equipment.
 * Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
 * Attendance and active participation at staff meetings, internal and external training, and professional development opportunities.
 * Local travel as needed
