## About the Role

* Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or data management, preferably in a research or analytical role.
 * Experience in working with CRM systems to meet business needs, preferably Salesforce.
 * Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
 * Microsoft Office Suite experience - Excel, Word, and Access (plus, but not required)
 * Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

## Description

* Data Management / Stewardship
 + Conduct audits and assessments of customer and prospect data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
 + Adhere to data validation processes and procedures to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
 + Collaborate with various departments to ensure data requirements are met and adhered to.
 * Data Collection and Maintenance
 + Collect, update, and maintain customer and prospect information in the database accurately and efficiently.
 + Ensure data is tagged and organized so it's easily retrievable for analysis and reporting purposes.
 + Use data matching applications to update/append bulk data feeds as needed
 * Data Qualification / Analysis
 + Qualify accounts for various services using internal and third party data sources
 + Set up and monitor alerts from third party sources to cultivate leads
 + Work with sales and data providers to enhance existing lead programs
 + Analyze data trends and patterns to provide insights that support business decisions.
 * Collaboration
 + Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support their data needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
 + Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to staff regarding data management best practices.
 * Compliance and Security
 + Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding data privacy and security.
 + Identify and mitigate potential data risks or breaches, and implement appropriate safeguards.
