SPECIFICATIONS FOR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

## Description

Application Development and Support

 * Implement and maintain in-house applications; Collaborate with business users to obtain specifications for new or existing application needs; test and troubleshoot existing applications for issues and updates.

System Administration

 * Oversee software infrastructure, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

Staff Consultation

 * Work with internal users to understand business objectives, develop application specifications, and plan data mapping for new or modified systems.

Project Management

 * Work with the Senior Director of Business Applications to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation of system changes or new releases.

Documentation and Training

 * Prepare user documentation and conduct appropriate training.

Analysis and Reporting

 * Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making. Create reports as needed.
