## About the Role

* Experience working in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles in SaaS organization.

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field, or related experience.
 * 3+ years experience in ETL processes and tools, data integration, or technical delivery.
 * Familiarity with CRM platforms or financial services technology.

 * Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or similar technologies.
 * Strong understanding of data structures, normalization, and mapping techniques.
 * Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs is preferred.

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end migration of data into the DealCloud platform.
 * Gather client data migration requirements and translate into accurate technical solutions for integration and go-live.
 * Perform ETL tasks including data extraction from client legacy platforms, transformation, mapping, and loading for client projects.
 * Validate and reconcile client data to ensure accuracy and integrity during migration and go-live phases.
 * Support platform configuration and data integration tasks in alignment with DealCloud best practices.
 * Lead QA and testing efforts to ensure successful deployment of client solutions.
 * Participate in internal project management activities including documentation, status reporting, and escalation handling.
 * Serve as a secondary resource for client-facing initiatives such as requirement gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support.
