· 5+ years working with ServiceNow platform architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise-scale ServiceNow delivery.

· Experience designing and building large-scale platforms, integrations, APIs, microservices, workflow automation, and developer-facing tools.

· Strong consulting skills, including discovery, facilitation, problem framing, stakeholder alignment, and recommendation development.

· Executive-level communication skills with the ability to move fluently between strategic planning sessions and deep engineering discussions.

· A builder mindset: comfort prototyping, reviewing implementation decisions, and helping teams turn architecture into working software., · Background in technical consulting, client-facing advisory work, or enterprise transformation programs.
