## Description

Implement and Manage LMS solutions : Liaise with technology vendors and oversee the deployment, ongoing management of the LMS platform and sustainment of current BAMT specific technologies. The individual has the responsibility to maintain uptime of existing systems, evaluate emerging learning technologies, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies with our existing systems. Utilize AI tools to support the creation and customize engaging courses, incorporating various content formats such as SCORM, videos, PDFs, and interactive quizzes to create innovative and effective learning experiences.

New Technologies: Act as the BAMT lead for incubating and evaluating new scalable technologies which could improve delivery and experience of training for Maintenance Technicians. In addition, the candidate is responsible for integrating these new technologies within the broader CAE ecosystem, liaising with the other functions within CAE (such as GTP) and providing forward thinking, strategic recommendations on new projects to incubate that advance the future of maintenance training and digital learning.

Courseware Project Management & governance routines: Coordinating with the MX Courseware & Training Experience Leader that courseware projects from the GTP team arrive on time and on budget. Coordinate with SMEs in the ops team and meet launch target dates. Utilize the LMS platform's analytics and reporting tools to track learner progress, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
