## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Project Manager with strong SAP/ERP project management experience to lead a complex, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiative for a major public-sector organization in Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of project management experience, a strong background in enterprise SAP/ERP implementations, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, stakeholders, project schedules, budgets, and risks., * 10+ years of project/project management experience.

 * Strong experience managing SAP/ERP enterprise projects.
 * Experience managing vendors across on-premises and cloud environments.
 * Experience with large-scale, multi-year projects.
 * Expert-level knowledge of MS Project or MS Project Online.
 * Strong experience with project integration, scope, schedule, communication, vendor, and risk management.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
 * PMP Certification required.

## Description

* Manage multiple IT projects and coordinate internal and external project teams.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
 * Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
 * Establish and maintain project governance, roles, responsibilities, and escalation processes.
 * Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
 * Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Coordinate with System Integrator Project Managers and other interconnected project teams.
 * Maintain project documentation, status reports, approvals, and sign-offs.
 * Conduct lessons-learned sessions and recommend process improvements.
 * Ensure project activities follow established PMO standards and methodologies.
