* Vous avez une formation supérieure en informatique et justifiez de minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste équivalent.
 * Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en environnements iOs, Windows, Mac OS.
 * Vous êtes reconnu(e) par votre rigueur, votre sens d'organisation et de priorisation.
 * Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
 * Des connaissances en outils : Meraki, GLPI, Apple configurator seraient un plus

Au sein d'une équipe dynamique à taille humaine, vous participerez activement au développement, à l'évolution et à la maintenance de nos outils web, en lien avec nos activités e-commerce et ERP.

## Description

* Assistance utilisateurs : assister et suivre les problèmes que rencontrent les utilisateurs.
 * Assurer l'installation hardware et software et maintenir les équipements informatiques (Ordinateurs, copieurs, imprimantes, smartphones, tablettes …).
 * Administration des comptes SI de l'entreprise.
 * Gestion de parc : assurer une gestion rigoureuse du parc matériel.
