## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering, Solutions, or a related field.
 * At least 1 year of hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.
 * Experience with application monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Prometheus.
 * Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving production issues.
 * Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and technical communication skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

? Preferred/Desired Skills

 * Exposure to MFT tools such as Axway SecureTransport, Connect/NDM, or SFTP platforms.
 * Understanding of secure file transfer protocols, including HTTPS, SFTP, and related security protocols.
 * Experience reviewing certificates and supporting encrypted data transfer workflows.
 * Basic knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, port connectivity testing, FTP/SFTP, and certificates.
 * Scripting or automation experience with Python, Ansible, Bash, or PowerShell.
 * Familiarity with AutoSys or other job scheduling tools.
 * Ability to document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures clearly.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.

 * AutoSys, We are seeking a File Transfer Engineer (MFT) to provide Level 2 operational support for managed file transfer platforms and ensure secure, reliable, and stable file transfer operations., * Provide L2 support for managed file transfer platforms, including Axway SecureTransport, Connect/NDM, Secure Proxy, and similar tools.
 * Monitor and respond to L1 alerts and ServiceNow incidents within defined SLAs.
 * Execute operational runbooks for service restarts, workflow validations, certificate renewals, and production requests.
 * Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation.
 * Monitor platform health and performance to identify potential issues proactively.
 * Maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
 * Execute approved ServiceNow Changes, CTASKs, and SCTASKs in accordance with change management policies.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams during daily operations and incident resolution.
 * Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
