## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 8-10 years of overall relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in product management, business analysis, or data product ownership.
 * Experience delivering semantic modeling, ontology, domain-modeling, or knowledge-representation solutions.
 * Strong understanding of ontology concepts

## Description

* Own the ontology product vision, roadmap, backlog, release planning, and adoption strategy.
 * Define and maintain enterprise domain models, entity relationships, class hierarchies, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, constraints, and semantic standards.
 * Establish ontology governance practices, including stewardship, versioning, change control, impact assessment, data lineage, and quality metrics.
 * Collaborate with business subject matter experts, data engineers, architects, and risk and compliance teams to map source systems and validate semantic models.
 * Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, competency questions, acceptance criteria, and production validation tests.
 * Enable governed semantic grounding for knowledge graphs, analytics platforms, large language models (LLMs), and AI agents.
 * Ensure ontology models support appropriate data permissions, traceability, auditability, and enterprise governance.
 * Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple integrated business systems and departments.
 * Identify opportunities to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and streamline workflows through technology solutions.
 * Drive stakeholder alignment and promote consistent ontology adoption across business and technology teams.
