* Senior mechanical design experience with an OEM or custom equipment manufacturer
 * Strong 3D CAD skills, ideally SolidWorks
 * Understanding of OEM design and manufacturing processes

## Description

Are you a senior design engineer from an OEM or custom equipment background, looking to take the technical lead on bespoke designs, mentor others and progress into lead and management roles?

On offer is full product training and the option to work from home when needed. You will be responsible for designing new and standard custom equipment, including drive, hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems. You'll also mentor junior engineers in a team of 9, with some international travel., * Design new and standard custom equipment in SolidWorks, seeing it through from concept to commissioning

 * Clear progression into lead and management positions as the business grows
