## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
 * 5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
 * Strong knowledge of digital circuit design and high-speed board design.
 * Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Cadence/Altium or equivalent).
 * Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
 * Knowledge of SI/PI analysis and hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
 * Experience with networking, telecom, or data center hardware products is preferred.

## Description

* Design and develop complex hardware systems and high-speed PCB designs.
 * Create schematics and support PCB layout reviews.
 * Perform board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
 * Analyze and resolve hardware, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI) issues.
 * Work with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and SerDes.
 * Collaborate with FPGA, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
 * Develop and execute validation test plans and support product qualification activities.
 * Support manufacturing and field issues during product deployment.
