The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Data Engineer **Location:** Montvale, NJ Payrate: $76 hourly on w2 **What's the Job?** + Support and troubleshoot complex data pipelines and applications to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability. + Lead technical initiatives related to Azure data engineering, including working with Azure Data Factory, ADLS, and Databricks. + Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations to improve performance and scalability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and enhance data processes. + Provide technical coaching and incident ownership to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application support, technical leadership, or
