## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Core Java Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and Oracle performance engineering and a proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery, improve system reliability and scalability, and mentor engineers. November start. Onsite required. GLIDER:ID., * 8+ years of hands-on software engineering with Java-based enterprise applications.

 * Core Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework ecosystem.
 * REST APIs, microservices architecture, and SOAP/REST integrations.
 * JavaScript with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React.
 * Oracle expertise including SQL optimization, PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, and Oracle Exadata.
 * Application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic.
 * Experience in Agile development environments and practices.
 * Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented design, and enterprise architecture.
 * Experience troubleshooting and supporting highly available production systems.
 * Proven leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.

Preferred Skills:

 * Design and implementation of microservices and cloud-native applications.
 * Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
 * CI/CD and DevOps with tools such as Ansible, Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and automated testing frameworks.
 * Application security, vulnerability remediation, and secure coding practices.
 * Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
