## About the Role

* 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, networking, or related technical fields., * 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and HCL.
 * 3+ years of experience supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, including Cloud Run, IAM, service accounts, logging, and deployment troubleshooting.
 * 2+ years of experience supporting software delivery security controls using SonarQube, JFrog, or similar application security and dependency management platforms.
 * 3+ years of experience troubleshooting application, deployment, infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security-related production issues.
 * 1+ year of experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools for code generation, troubleshooting, automation, or software development activities.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience onboarding applications to Azure DevOps CI/CD platforms.
 * Experience supporting SonarQube integrations, quality gates, service connections, and secure token management.
 * Experience supporting JFrog repositories, vulnerability remediation efforts, and dependency governance processes.
 * Experience troubleshooting self-hosted build agents, Selenium execution, proxy configurations, endpoint accessibility, and network connectivity issues.
 * Experience supporting Google Cloud Platform services including Cloud Run, IAM, Logging, Monitoring, and service account management.
 * Experience developing automation solutions using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
 * Experience documenting operational processes and creating knowledge-transfer materials.
 * Experience supporting production incidents, deployment failures, and change-management activities in enterprise environments.
 * Experience collaborating with application development, cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
 * Experience analyzing logs and troubleshooting issues across CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, application dependencies, IAM, and infrastructure services.
