## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * Hands-on experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
 * Experience working with REST APIs.
 * Familiarity with AWS, including technologies such as OpenSearch and S3.
 * Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
 * Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
 * Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Someone who enjoys being hands-on, experimenting with new technologies, and quickly turning ideas into working solutions.

## Description

We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join a growing AI team and help turn business challenges into practical AI solutions. This role combines technical consulting and hands-on development, working directly with business teams to identify opportunities for AI and quickly build prototypes to validate those ideas.

You'll work with modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, Python/JavaScript, APIs, and AWS.
What You'll Do

 * Partner with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
 * Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
 * Build proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes for new AI use cases.
 * Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
 * Test and evaluate data to determine whether proposed AI solutions are technically feasible.
 * Create reusable code, templates, and development patterns for other engineering teams.
 * Help drive adoption of Generative AI capabilities across the organization.
