Télétravail majoritaire depuis les locaux de la société de service avec déplacements ponctuels pour les ateliers, démonstrations et phases de démarrage.

Au sein d'une équipe produit en environnement Agile SAFe, le consultant intervient en qualité de Product Analyst sur un portefeuille d'applications stratégiques. La mission couvre à la fois les activités RUN et BUILD.

Pilotage du support N2.

Support N3 auprès des utilisateurs.

Analyse des données.

Traitement des demandes spécifiques.

Volet BUILDParticipation aux ateliers de cadrage avec les métiers.

Réalisation des études de faisabilité.

Construction des chiffrages et des plannings.

Affinage des règles de gestion.

Coordination des travaux techniques.

Pilotage des campagnes de tests jusqu'à la mise en production.

Activités transversesAnalyse des impacts sur le système d'information.

Rédaction des livrables projet.

Coordination des parties prenantes.

Contribution à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience utilisateur.
