Issu d'une formation Bac +2 en administration, vous avez une première expérience réussie sur des fonctions similaires.

Vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'organisation.

Vous maîtrisez la suite Office, en particulier Excel (tri, filtre, croisement de données) et Outlook.

## Description

Rattaché au Responsable Infrastructure et Réseaux, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

 * Gestion et optimisation des contrats IT : Piloter et administrer les contrats liés aux équipements informatiques (photocopieurs, imprimantes multifonctions, terminaux de paiement mobile, téléphonie mobile) et mettre en œuvre des actions d'optimisation des coûts et des usages.
 * Suivi opérationnel et financier : Organiser les achats, passer et suivre les commandes jusqu'à la livraison, contrôler la facturation et assurer la saisie des charges associées.
 * Pilotage des actifs et consommations : Assurer, en collaboration avec le responsable infrastructure et réseaux, le suivi des actifs informatiques et des consommations par contrat, en identifiant et signalant toute anomalie.
 * Gestion des inventaires : Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la mise à jour des inventaires (statut, affectation, emplacement, état du matériel, contrats de maintenance, consommables et forfaits mobiles).
 * Support aux collaborateurs : Gérer les dotations et restitutions de matériel lors des arrivées et départs, et répondre aux sollicitations quotidiennes des utilisateurs.
