## Description

This role focuses on conducting operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making. The position involves working on special projects, performing research, and developing reports. The focus is on business analytics, operational insights, executive reporting, and data storytelling, rather than data engineering or dashboard development., * Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses, working with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance.

 * Apply data visualization techniques using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to generate insights from business data.
 * Lead process mapping initiatives, ensuring workflows align with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
 * Develop cost models and identify opportunities for process improvements.
 * Synthesize complex operational data, metrics, and trends into concise, executive-ready deliverables for Director and VP-level audiences.
 * Gather and connect information across multiple IT operational towers to develop a cohesive view of performance and dependencies.
 * Shape the overall leadership narrative by structuring key messages and articulating key takeaways.
 * Independently manage assignments from initial information gathering and analysis through to the delivery of a polished, executive-ready product.
