* Assistances utilisateurs
 * Hotline utilisateurs
 * Installation et supervision de serveurs physiques et virtuels (Data, Messagerie, RDS…)
 * Installation de solutions de sécurité : Sauvegardes, Antivirus, réplications…
 * Paramétrage boitiers Firewall/VPN
 * Paramétrage Switchs, création/gestion Vlans
 * Suivi de parcs informatiques et conseils
 * Gérer les incidents et contribuer à leurs résolutions
 * Mise en place de PRA et PCA Formation d'utilisateurs aux solutions déployées

Environnement technique :

 * VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox
 * Veeam / Cohesity / Rubrik / Nakivo
 * Solutions antivirus et antispam avec console de gestion centralisée
 * Serveurs (HPe, DELL, Lenovo) et Baies SAN (DELL, NetApp, Lenovo),
 * Administration des postes de travail Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10 et 11).
