## Description

The Enablement Center of Excellence Analytics Development team is seeking an entry-level Software Developer to join our team in supporting and sustaining existing applications across the Supply Chain. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with users, and ensuring applications remain stable, reliable, and continuously improved. The position focuses on triage, bug fixes, documentation, and enhancement of web-based solutions ranging from simple to moderately complex.

Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role

What You Will Do

 * Create and maintain documentation to enable enterprise support staff to assist tool users effectively.
 * Collaborate with support teams to develop Tier 1 knowledge articles.
 * Work directly with users to identify root causes, troubleshooting issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
 * Diagnose, test, and implement fixes or enhancements for existing web applications.
 * Perform business analysis on system functionality and support the full development life cycle-from requirements through implementation., Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
