## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field is required.
 * At least five years of experience in application support, reporting software, database administration, help desk support, or a related IT discipline is required.
 * Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including SAN, WAN, and virtualization.
 * Advanced ability to develop SQL queries, analyze data, and work with multiple data sources.
 * Experience developing and managing business intelligence reports is required.
 * Experience with system administration is strongly preferred.
 * Experience working in a regulated environment, particularly healthcare or FDA-regulated environments, is highly preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, DHCP, DNS, and RDP.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
 * Strong organizational and communication skills.
 * Microsoft MCSE/MCITP, Cisco CCNA/CCNE, VMware VCP, or other industry certifications are a plus., * Bachelor's (Required)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support application systems, IT infrastructure, reporting, databases, and technology initiatives. Reporting to the IT Director, this position will manage application installations, implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support while helping ensure system security, reliability, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and experience working with complex IT infrastructure and data systems., * Manage application software installations, implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.

 * Maintain appropriate security settings, backup procedures, and system configurations.
 * Assist with the development and implementation of system interfaces, reports, and outputs.
 * Perform software validations and system testing as needed.
 * Maintain and support VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, DHCP, DNS, RDP, and related infrastructure technologies.
 * Develop reports and SQL queries to support operational, quality assurance, and compliance needs.
 * Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
 * Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues and coordinate resolution as needed.
 * Work with departments to understand business and financial objectives and translate those needs into effective technology solutions.
 * Assist with special technology and reporting projects as assigned.
 * Support systems and processes in accordance with applicable security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
