## Description

Seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and system issues while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems

 * Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 issues
 * Support Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and ServiceNow environments
 * Assist with password resets, account access, and user support
 * Document and manage support tickets through resolution
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
 * Deliver timely, customer-focused support to end users
