 * Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment
 * Experience with Fiber Optic and Copper Cabling
 * Experience with Racking, Stacking, Cabling & Decommissioning network hardware
 * Experience with Routing, Switching, Firewalls and WiFi
 * Experience troubleshooting network devices through Console/Remote access
 * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
 * Knowledge of IP Telephony / Voice, RF and telecommunications systems
