 + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 + Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
 + Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

Preferred Qualifications:

 + Experience with cloud platforms, containers and microservices.
 + Cloud certification such as AWS Certified Developer or Azure Developer Associate.
 + Experience supporting federal government contracts.

 + Leads technical design reviews and code reviews.
 + Improves system performance, scalability and security.
 + Builds and maintains automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
 + Mentors software engineers and shares best practices.
 + Works with product, test and operations teams to deliver releases.
 + Performs other duties as assigned.
