## About the Role

* Associate degree/technical certification or equivalent experience.
 * Basic PC/server hardware and networking knowledge.
 * Experience with Windows and basic Linux.
 * 1+ year of hardware or networking experience preferred.
 * CompTIA A+/Network+ is a plus.

## Description

Support system testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and hardware repair in a production environment., * Set up and test computer/server systems.

 * Execute test scripts and verify system updates.
 * Troubleshoot system errors and identify error codes.
 * Perform hardware repairs and failure analysis.
 * Document and escalate issues to Leads/Supervisors.
 * Support production teams and 5S/process improvement activities.
