## About the Role

* BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
 * Must be able to solve complex problems, relate with other team members, and communicate with other levels of management.
 * Must have knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting drawings.
 * Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100/AS6500 manufacturing environment.
 * Candidate must be able to populate handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
 * Candidates must have Computer Skills and can use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
 * Must be willing to travel to customer sites to execute program requirements
 * Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
 * Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area at their own expense.
 * Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance., * Experience with Government contract and SOW interpretation.
 * CDRL Deliveries experience
 * Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
 * Previous auditing experience.
 * FAI completion experience
 * Metrics Tracking experience

## Description

* Responsible for maintaining enforcing processes across the CHGB portfolio
 * Develops solutions to complex technical issues and problems that impact multiple areas or disciplines.
 * Communicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with customers external to the organization.
 * FAI process implementation and verification.
 * Review and approve assembly instructions.
 * Approve Procurement requisitions.
 * Verify data requirements for the PM team.
 * Read and understand Drawings and Technical data packages.
 * Write Non-conformances and complete RCCA activities. To includes review of those completed by other Quality Engineers.
 * Interfaces with Government and PM customer to ensure product compliance on delivery.
 * Complete CDRL data requirements.
 * Other Duties as assigned by the Quality Program Manager.
