## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on IT/Desktop Support, Technical Support, Systems Administration, or Field Service experience.

 * Experience deploying workstations and troubleshooting IT hardware/software.

 * Hands-on experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet.

 * Experience with cellular/mobile internet or satellite connectivity.

 * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record for the past 5 years.

 * Willingness to travel frequently and work at different jobsite locations.

Preferred:

 * Cisco experience.

 * Starlink/satellite internet experience.

 * Construction or jobsite technology experience.

 * CompTIA Network+, Cisco, or related certifications., * Describe your hands-on experience setting up desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
 * What experience do you have with LTE/5G hotspots, cellular routers/modems, Starlink/satellite equipment, or antennas?
 * What routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and Ethernet systems have you personally installed or configured?

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, configure, and support IT technology at construction job sites. This role involves setting up workstations, networking equipment, internet/cellular connectivity, and other jobsite technology., * Set up and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and peripherals.

 * Install/configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and Ethernet connectivity.

 * Set up cellular/internet solutions including LTE/5G hotspots, cellular routers/modems, antennas, and satellite equipment.

 * Perform hands-on IT installations and troubleshooting at field/jobsite locations.

 * Support cameras, access control, and other technology systems.

 * Install and troubleshoot copper/fiber cabling.

 * Document installations, service activities, and equipment.

 * Travel frequently to various jobsites, including overnight stays; driving and occasional flying may be required.
