## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with automated and manual testing, system characterization, technical project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with BLE and Wi-Fi testing, statistical analysis, and FDA/complaint documentation is highly valued., * Bachelor's degree with 2-8 years of relevant experience; or

 * Master's degree with 0-6 years of relevant experience; or
 * PhD with 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Technical Qualifications:

 * Strong Python programming and scripting skills.
 * Experience with software and system-level verification and testing.
 * Experience with automated and manual software testing.
 * Knowledge of system characterization testing.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with technical documentation and software quality standards.
 * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Additional Desired Qualifications

 * 1+ years of experience leading or running technical projects.
 * Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi testing.
 * Experience with statistical analysis and interpretation of testing data.
 * Understanding of FDA requirements and complaint documentation.
 * Experience with software development, debugging, and modification.
 * Experience supporting software testing and validation within R&D or Manufacturing Process Engineering.

## Description

* Design, develop, debug, modify, and test software programs using current programming languages, methodologies, and technologies.
 * Develop and execute software and system-level verification and validation tests, including automated and manual testing.
 * Utilize Python for software testing, test development, and automation.
 * Perform system characterization testing and analyze test results.
 * Support BLE and Wi-Fi testing and evaluate system performance.
 * Apply statistical analysis techniques to evaluate testing data and results.
 * Analyze, evaluate, and verify software and system requirements using software engineering practices.
 * Document software development and testing activities through reports, test documentation, change requests, and approved tracking tools.
 * Support FDA/complaint documentation and maintain compliance with applicable quality requirements.
 * Lead or coordinate technical projects and testing activities.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve workflows, testing methodologies, and software quality.
