## Description

* Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to hardware, software, or system configurations promptly to minimize downtime.
 * Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and support system administration tasks on Windows Server environments.
 * Provide technical support for operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, assisting users with desktop support and hardware maintenance.
 * Monitor network performance using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and other help desk platforms; document incidents and resolutions accurately.
 * Conduct regular hardware maintenance and upgrades on computer hardware and network devices to enhance system efficiency.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and other cybersecurity protocols to safeguard organizational data.
