## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong Python and hands-on LLM experience to build AI agents and RAG solutions for production applications. Key Skills:

 * 10+ years of software development experience with strong Python
 * 2+ years of hands-on LLM/Generative AI development
 * Strong experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
 * Experience building RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and answer generation
 * Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs, tool calling, and streaming
 * Strong Async Python experience with asyncio, FastAPI, and httpx
 * Good understanding of prompt engineering and structured JSON responses
 * Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic
 * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
 * Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
 * Experience building reliable applications with retry, error handling, logging, and monitoring

Good to Have:

 * Multi-agent AI systems and LangGraph StateGraph
 * WebSocket / SSE Langfuse or other LLM observability tools
 * Vector databases such as Pinecone, OpenSearch, or pgvector
 * Multimodal/vision AI AWS services such as EKS, Aurora, IAM, and SSM
 * Telecom or field-service experience
