## About the Role

* At least five years' mechanical or technical experience.
 * Solid product knowledge and mechanical or technical ability.
 * Ability to read electrical schematics and illustrated parts lists.
 * Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, Word, AS400, and Customer Focused Sales.
 * A detail-oriented, organized approach and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
 * A customer-first mindset and a talent for teaching and sharing knowledge.

Nice to Have

 * Post-secondary technical training.
 * Experience with Husqvarna equipment.
 * SAP experience.

## Description

* Answer incoming technical calls from internal and external customers.
 * Troubleshoot product issues and provide clear, practical guidance.
 * Support and advise Service Technicians on Husqvarna Construction product repairs.
 * Assist with product training and complete repairs as needed.
 * Partner with Product Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing/Quality Control, and Research & Development on field issues.
 * Contribute to warranty policies, procedures, technical bulletins, and biweekly team meetings.
 * Administer or provide backup support for IPL maintenance.

Keep the Details Moving

 * Document calls and technical issues in the CRM.
 * Enter RGA, sales order, and parts orders in AS400.
 * Update individual KPIs and objectives quarterly and annually.
