 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, administrative, and technical teams., * Experience with MEDITECH Expanse implementation, upgrades, optimization, and application support.
 * Familiarity with healthcare system integrations and interoperability standards.
 * Knowledge of healthcare data security, patient privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator - MEDITECH Expanse EHR to support, maintain, and optimize our electronic health record (EHR) systems in an acute and/or ambulatory healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MEDITECH Expanse, ensuring system reliability, performance, security, and effective support for clinical and administrative operations., * Administer, maintain, and support MEDITECH Expanse EHR applications and related systems.

 * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolutions.
 * Support EHR configuration, system updates, testing, and implementation activities.
 * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve workflows and system functionality.
 * Assist with system integrations, data integrity, access management, and security compliance.
 * Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
 * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
 * Maintain system documentation, procedures, and technical records.
 * Support compliance with healthcare IT policies, privacy requirements, and applicable regulations.
 * Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
